Location: AERIS Corporate Headquarters (in northern California, across the bay from San Francisco)
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Available: Immediately
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Benefits: Shared Medical/Dental. 401K. Life Insurance. 8 paid holidays. Vacation 5 days, increases with years served. Sick, jury and bereavement benefits.
Duties will include:
Public response to product inquiries.
Action on product problems.
Technical Seminar instruction and support.
Support of regional dive functions.
Work closely with both internal and field sales force.
Requirements:
Scuba equipment repair experience.
Familiarity with AERIS product line.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Basic PC knowledge.
Confidentiality agreement.
Travel as needed.
Supervisor's Comments:
This is a fast-paced position for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic dive professional. A person working in this department must be able to easily communicate and resolve a minor problem for a novice diver, then immediately shift to the next customer who may be a major client needing immediate results with a complex technical issue. Telephone sales.
Manage and maintain regional dealer base.
Enhance sales capability, capacity and commitment within the regional territory.
Order entry, backlog maintenance.
Support regional dive functions and events.
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Customer Service and Technical Support.

Ability to learn quickly.
Familiarity with AERIS product line.
