Products not purchased from an Authorized AERIS Dealer may not be authentic, complete, have all of the latest design and production updates, meet our performance and quality standards, and may have been tampered with. Because of the aforementioned, if you purchase products from a non-Authorized AERIS Dealer, neither AERIS nor our Authorized Dealer is obligated to offer you warranty service program coverage.
When you purchase products from an Authorized AERIS Dealer you are buying from trained professionals who can instruct you on the proper and safe use of your valuable equipment. Authorized AERIS Dealers are trained to work on our products. They are authorized to take care of issues you may have with our products, right in their store, on the spot! Your problem may warrant an over-the-counter replacement. This could come in handy should you be leaving the next day on a dive trip! Whatever it is, your local Authorized AERIS Dealer is in the position to make the situation right for you, on the spot!
